We are looking for a communicative and energetic individual who enjoys talking to people and can capture their interest within the first few seconds of a call. Your task will be to actively contact potential corporate clients, present JMWD's services, and arrange follow-up meetings with sales representatives. This is not about mindless cold calling – every call has a purpose and a clear goal.
What you will do
- Contact potential clients by phone and present JMWD's offerings
- Explain the benefits of our services and ascertain interest in collaboration
- Arrange meetings for sales representatives and provide contact information
- Work with the database of companies and log communication in the CRM system
- Collaborate with marketing and sales departments on outreach strategy
What we expect from you
- Excellent communication skills and a positive approach
- Courage to pick up the phone and responsiveness
- Interest in learning about sales and developing your business talent
- Ability to engage and build trust quickly in conversation
- Basic computer skills, email and spreadsheet usage
- Advantage: experience in a call center, customer service, or sales
