I hereby grant consent to JM Web Development s.r.o., ID 23048611, with its registered office at Roháčova 145/14, Žižkov, 130 00 Prague (hereinafter the "Controller"), to process the following personal data in accordance with relevant legal regulations:

• first name
• last name

The above-mentioned personal data are processed for the purpose of sending information and marketing communications from the controller.
I grant my express consent to the above-mentioned processing. These data will be processed for the duration of the Controller's company operations. Consent can be withdrawn at any time, for example by sending an email or letter to these contact details of the Controller.

The processing of personal data is carried out by the Controller, but personal data may also be processed for the Controller by other providers of processing software, services, and applications. Currently, the Controller uses these processors:

• LinkedIn Corporation, Sunnyvale, California, USA
• Alphabet Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043

Other recipients of personal data will be persons providing information and marketing services for the Controller. The Controller does not intend to transfer personal data to a third country (to a country outside the EU) or an international organization except those mentioned above.

I acknowledge that I have the right to:

• withdraw consent at any time,
• request information from the Controller about what personal data it processes about me,
• request an explanation from the Controller regarding the processing of personal data,
• request access to these data from the Controller and have them updated or corrected,
• request the deletion of these personal data from the Controller, if permitted by law,
• in case of doubt about compliance with obligations related to the processing of personal data, contact the Controller or the Office for Personal Data Protection
• object to the processing of personal data for direct marketing purposes, including profiling
• I am not obliged to provide personal data; their provision is not a requirement necessary to conclude a contract
